Diary all caught up
I've reached the end of my Aussie list... the diary made it back to me in time to take it with me to the Wild Woman Weekend last week, and although it has since been taken into the care of a couple of girls from there, I'm opening the waiting list again for any Aussie goddesses wishing to add their insights to the diary. Rhapsody: above all else
The latest entry is by Rhapsody, who wrote...
the energy I receive from the Goddesses is so vague, I find it hard to articulate it in words. I find drawing a better medium for me.
I love that her contribution is so carefree and easy. And the expression is so wonderful at the bottom of her entry: "Above all else, may you know joy."
Hurrah!

Wisdom through story-telling
As women, we teach and pass on our wisdom through story, as all the women before us did. Story is one of the strongest containers for pain, joy, wisdom, fear and love. During the four weeks I listened to many stories and told many. To become whole, body and soul, to live joyfully in the sorrows of the world we need to depart from the safety of our beliefs, to enter the wilderness, the cave. We need to leave the old life without any promise of the new. We need to spend time alone, to become who we are destined to be and we need help along the way. I have been guided by the Goddess and “Feel her blessings all around me”. I am blessed.

In Goddess - an original poem
.
This is an excerpt of a poem contributed by Lee-Anne Irvine:
This is an excerpt of a poem contributed by Lee-Anne Irvine:
Dancing on rainbows, playing in a sea of stars
Moonbeams flying from gilded wings
Goddess flits into the dream, fire in her eyes
Plucking at heart harp strings
“Remember,” She whispers. “Remember
“Awaken and know your place
“Wild woman is the Sun, the Moon, the Stars
“And the Indigo majesty and depth of Space”
“Know your song and sing it loud
“Free your jewel coloured soul
“For only in the fully wakened state
“Can I, Goddess, and your Divine Human Self become One and Whole”

I like being me. I love my age.
.
This is an excerpt from Laura Gilbertson's entry...
Through Meditation I found an inner peace so profound. Through this inner peace, I found the Goddess within. She can look in the mirror; see the lines of time, the “built for comfort” body, and not feel a tinge of sadness at the loss of youth.
I like being me. I love my age. I am happy with the reflection that stares back at me.
And when my husband looks at me from across a crowded room, or sees me waiting for him at the jetty, I see in his eyes a look that is as though he were looking at Sophia Loren, but it goes beyond the physical.
Since the discovery of the Goddess within, the “twins” are now attached at the hip. The wise woman meditates the Goddess dances in the dark and stands under the palm trees on a full moon and embraces the moons rays. The wise woman wishes to be of service to her fellow beings while the Goddess wants to make their souls laugh with joy. I think my next full moon meditation class I shall have a theme. Come dressed as a Goddess. Should be interesting to see if they picked up anything from our lesson tonight. May the Goddess within you all, break free, radiate into the world and shout……… I’m freeeee!
May you always travel in Harmony!

Icon Exchange
This offering is from Jennifer Collins in Australia, and is titled "Icon Exchange". Jennifer writes:
The work encompasses the concept interspirituality, where as a global society, we understand more than ever about other cultures, religions and beliefs. So as individuals one gets to 'pick and choose' bit and pieces from variious beliefs and encompass that into a very personalised belief system of one's own.
